My wife and was just out for a drive and stopped in to look and Aaron Waxenfelter came out to greet us and was very nice and considerate and wasn't pushy at all. We were looking at a 4Runner and he was kind enough to get us the keys and take it for a drive. When we got back he asked us how it was and if we had any questions. He was kind enough to answer all of our questions and even showed us some of the features on the vehicle. He even let us talk it over by ourselves and that he would be inside if we needed anything. He was the most amazing salesperson we have ever dealt with he wasn't pushy,negative, or judgemental about us like some can be. He made us feel comfortable and like normal human beings. So we went ahead with the process of getting the 4RUNNER and it's been a wonderful vehicle for us. We want to say a big THANK YOU to the whole team there at Gladstone Toyota and our awesome saleperson Aaron for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. We have been telling people we know and don't know about our experience there so hopefully they have been in or plan to in the future. Manuel was Awesome! After a couple of minutes, he also asked us to bring around the car seat to make sure that it fits the way we would like it to. That helped us narrow it down to the Tundra we wanted. Finally, his management/finance team were able to provide us a really good trade-in for our car and rebate for the truck. Plus add a military/veteran discount, they put the cost within our range. As a result of his energy I would have difficulty making a recommendation. But Carl was the person who kept the deal together with Sammy’s support!!! More

But the delivery process was poorly organized, with multiple missteps which resulted in a very long wait time. Finance guy Bryan Dowd was super cocky and blamed everyone around him for the delay and was also very condescending - seemed like he didn't like his job at all and we got the brunt of it. More
