We apologize for not meeting your expectations. The parts required for your vehicle were back-ordered which led to the very long wait took to complete your repairs. Fortunately, we were able to provide a loaner and we are confident the correct pairs were performed. I believe Maureen and Eric were able to provide the maintenance records you requested, but if you require anything further, please let us know. Regarding the loaner vehicle, unfortunately, due to the packages and equipment installed on the loaner vehicle, it was not possible to reduce the price any further. If you would like to look at alternate vehicles with less options, it may be possible to structure it to meet your needs. Again, we are sorry you were disappointed in your experience.

We are sorry you are disappointed with your vehicle. Certified vehicles have to meet specifications set by Hyundai. While these set minimum guidelines, it does not mean that wear-and-tear items, such as brakes, will be in "like new" condition. The size of the vehicle, the mileage driven, and driving style all impact the length of time before replacement is required.

It is fairly standard in the industry to warranty parts for one year from installation. As your catalytic convertor was replaced in March of 2019, it would no longer be eligible for warranty replacement. The first battery installed was defective which is why it was replaced.
