Thank you for the friendly and rapid service regarding my car. From Samantha making an appointment for the next morning, the Service Manager, Mr Lozano having the extensive repairs accomplished in one da my car. From Samantha making an appointment for the next morning, the Service Manager, Mr Lozano having the extensive repairs accomplished in one day, and the shuttle service and driver. All commendable. The cost was a little high but i did have a coupon to reduce the cost; Thank you for that. Unfortunately the battery on my car died the next day and it had to be replaced! The battery cable ends were replaced during the repairs. Not understanding how that happened? Also I had my cabin air filter replaced on 11-2-23, so I can’t understand why that was listed as a recommended service. There were other recommended services I declined. Thank you. More
