I think this is a key area for customer service. Discussions on what is going on with and during the process would have helped in understanding. I appreciate all his hard work though. Just wish I was part of the decision making. Time: Too long-3 hrs and I still had to return the next day for paperwork. In fact had to return three times. Yikes. More
