Sam was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. My wife and I came in later in the day and ended up staying beyond normal business hours He was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. My wife and I came in later in the day and ended up staying beyond normal business hours. We never felt pressured nor rushed, and felt as though we were the most important customer of the day. Sam is a true professional and a great ambassador for both the dealership and the Ford brand. Our entire experience end to end was fantastic. More
