Sadly I went into this dealership with the expectations that I would be treated fairly and honestly. First I would like to say that yes I did purchase a new Honda Accord Hybrid but not under the pretense t that I would be treated fairly and honestly. First I would like to say that yes I did purchase a new Honda Accord Hybrid but not under the pretense that the dealership and specifically the sales staff Pat DeRose was working in my best interests. Add ons were worked into the sale at prices above and beyond the Honda manufacturer list prices and a maintenance service agreement was added to my contract without my agreement and knowledge. My trade in was taken at well below the Blue Book value! HONDA ON GRAND is a dealership that is not to be trusted and I will NEVER do business again at this establishment! More
