Hello I'm Sam Scarlett, manager on the used side of the street here at Freeman. Shortly after buying my first Toyota in 2007 I decided why not sell them. Most of my career has been spent with New Internet Sales. Recently I was offered the challenge to help manage our Pre-Owned department where I've discovered selling a used Toyota is just as easy as a new! Quality sells its self. My family and I have been buying cars from the dealership for 22 years. Because I needed a cash car, I ended up going somewhere else but I brought it to Freeman for a once-over. Freeman saved me from a horrible buy by performing that one's over and now I may actually have someone able to help me with getting a more expensive more reliable car from your dealership again. After we both saw what was wrong with that other Sienna I bought somewhere else I think my dad's going to help. I love everyone at this dealership I send people here even though I have no friends I myself have almost bought double digits of cars there. I very rarely have had a bad experience with anyone at Freeman. More

This is our second vehicle from Freeman Toyota. Their customer service is top notch. The 1st time we used Costco and this was one of their partner dealerships; we drove from Grand Prairie. This tim Their customer service is top notch. The 1st time we used Costco and this was one of their partner dealerships; we drove from Grand Prairie. This time we drove from Rowlett. We looked at all the dealerships close to us and they just don't compare. The transaction was seamless, the customer service is 1st class, and they go above and beyond to get you in and out. We loved our 2020 Highlander Hybrid and are looking forward to enjoying our 2024 1794 edition Tundra. If you're looking for a great car buying experience I can't recommend them enough. Hands down one of the best in the business. More
