Sam helped me get into a new 2024 Bronco and showed that he had the knowledge to provide the answers to all the questions I had about the different models and trim packages. When you walk up, you are enthusiastically greeted with, “can I help you find someone?” When it was time to review the purchase price, there was no bait and switch, adding nearly $4000 in dealer “fees,” and LoJack that, “cant be uninstalled.” The price was the same as advertised on Autotrader, plus tax, tittle, and license, unlike the last Ford dealer I visited in Grapevine.
