I have bought at least 6 cars from Pat Lobb and referred many friends. I will not return to this dealership to buy a car or have service. Very inconsistent pricing for cars depending on the day and minima many friends. I will not return to this dealership to buy a car or have service. Very inconsistent pricing for cars depending on the day and minimal manager involvement. Here is a breakdown of offers for payments for 72 months. 11/27 - First written offer $650 a month. Second written offer was $550 a month. Manager came out and asked if I would buy for $525 a month. I was hoping for $500 and declined. Sales person said on 11/29 that it was $555 a month. Floor manager called the same day and said $555 was the lowest offer. On 12/2 salesperson called and said they needed to sell two more Camry’s and asked if he could get it to $500 would I buy the car. I said that I would make the purchase. He text back and said $525 was the best offer. I told him I would think about it. I text him at 5 pm and asked if there was a change in price and received no response. I was planning on coming in to purchase the car for $525. On 12/3 I reached out to the dealership and told them that if the offer of $525 was still on the table I would be in to purchase the car at 2 pm. The response was the payment was $559 a month. I declined to purchase the vehicle and salesman asked if I wanted to select another vehicle. I said no that I was only I interested in the vehicle that I had selected with vin ending in 757. This is not the same service I have received from Pat Lobb in the past. More

We had a terrible experience at this dealership. The main issue is that Toyota cannot produce cars quickly enough to meet the high demand. The online sales representative invited us to see a RAV4 Hy The main issue is that Toyota cannot produce cars quickly enough to meet the high demand. The online sales representative invited us to see a RAV4 Hybrid, claiming it was available, but when we arrived, we were told it would be expected in 30 days. They initially quoted $41K, but used deceptive tactics to inflate the car price and fees, adding thousands of dollars in questionable or junk fees. For example, they couldn't even explain what a $300 charge was for, on top of tax, title, documentation, and administration costs. Additionally, they forced us to purchase add-ons like paint protection and wheel locks, costing another $2K. They were adamant that they couldn't remove any of these dealership add-ons. In the end, the total price was around $49K, which is $8K more than the advertised price. We had no choice but to walk out, and I have already filed a complaint with Toyota USA. More

Steven and Norm were very helpful from the get go. I was undecided on what vehicle I wanted. As soon as I placed an inquiry on a vehicle, shortly after I was sent an email from Steven and gave me informatio undecided on what vehicle I wanted. He made the effort to keep in touch and keep me informed as I would ask for more information on vehicle. ( I had made other inquiries at other dealerships but never got a response until next day.) Towards the end I had almost lost hope but he was able to meet me halfway in final price. More
