I feel privileged to be part of such an established and reputable organization as the Hardy Family Automotive Group. What I have learned since I've been here, is that providing a quality and safe vehicle at a competitive price is as important to the organization, as it is with me. I am a Veteran, having served our country in the U.S. Army, and came to Georgia via Ft. Benning in Columbus, GA. I have been in the automobile business in the Metro Atlanta market since 1983 and diligently work to give every customer the best car buying experience possible. I was born and raised in New York City, my parents were both from Puerto Rico, but I consider myself a "Southernized Yankee". My mom only spoke Spanish, so I am fluent in both languages. I bought a car from Sam and they guys at Hardy and our experience was very easy. Unfortunately, the car ended up having issues so I took it up to the dealership but was expecting a huge bill from them fix experience was very easy. Unfortunately, the car ended up having issues so I took it up to the dealership but was expecting a huge bill from them fixing it considering we didn’t purchase the warranty, but Sam and his team took care of the issues free of cost!! 10000/10 recommend!! More

I emailed the dealership to check availability of a F150, they promptly responded via email and then a phone call from Sam. He is VERY easy to work with and listens to what your concerns are. No pressure they promptly responded via email and then a phone call from Sam. He is VERY easy to work with and listens to what your concerns are. No pressure ever, I mentioned my concerns and he addressed them promptly, he had my trade valued and we made a deal. Everything he agreed to address (scratches on paint and a bumper cover) were taken care of on a follow up visit. You cannot even tell where the scratches were. This is my 7th F150 and by far, my best buying experience. I highly recommend Sam and Hardy Ford! The whole team gave great service through every step. More
