During our car shopping research, my husband suggested we explore options in New York, and Hillside Toyota was the first dealership we reached out to. Our initial interaction with Ariel immediately won us over. From the very first conversation, she was incredibly pleasant, professional, and highly responsive to all our questions. Understanding that we were out-of-state buyers, Ariel went above and beyond to set everything up for us before we even stepped foot in the dealership. She respected our time and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. What stood out most was her transparency and genuine understanding of our concerns, which we truly appreciated. just now New I came to this location for my inspection and it was a seamless and smooth process from the beginning. When I was in the queue for my car to be inspected a nice man greeted me while I was in and it was a seamless and smooth process from the beginning. When I was in the queue for my car to be inspected a nice man greeted me while I was in the car. Later on that same man happened to be the agent that was going to serve me. He was warm, vibrant and helpful! I had the car for about a year and I couldn’t figure out how to remote start it from the key and I didn’t want to pay for the app just to remote start my car. He tried to help me figure it out physically and by looking it up but nothing worked. Later on that day I received 3 missed calls and he called with good news! He taught me the command on my key to remote start my car. Sam went above and beyond and I am grateful. Thanks Sam!!!! More

Is it possible for a car dealership to save you when you're in pickle? Well, HILLSIDE TOYOTA saved me. Yesterday, I had made an appointment to see a Toyota Camry in Manhattan and mentioned to them that you're in pickle? Well, HILLSIDE TOYOTA saved me. Yesterday, I had made an appointment to see a Toyota Camry in Manhattan and mentioned to them that I was a serious buyer, intending on purchasing the car right away. My husband and I left work 2 hours early to make sure we made it to our appointment on time because it takes an hour to get there from where I work. When we got there, they had already sold the vehicle that I made the appointment for without any other vehicles to show me that could be taken that day. My husband and I started to panic because I needed a fuel-efficient vehicle by the following week. We started frantically calling dealerships, knowing most of them were close to closing time. Rick at Hillside Toyota said they had a model on site and told us that their team would stay after closing time to help us. We arrived at Hillside at 6:15 (their closing time was 6pm) , and there was an entire team there helping us. Rick, George and Mike greeted us as soon as we got there. Sam from sales answered all of our questions regarding the car and got us all set up... patiently did all our DMV and insurance work for us. Set up the vehicle.. did all the paperwork meticulously. Sam from finances gave us great rates and helped us swiftly and efficiently.. George stayed back to make sure we were well taken care of. We left the dealership with our new car at 9:30pm with everything we needed, perfectly packaged, and the team was only happy to help us out despite staying well past working hours. Does your dealership do that for you guys? They are unreal. They truly deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you guys! - Jayne & Jeff More
