If y’all are considering a Chrysler-brand purchase and are contemplating which dealer to head to, do yourself a favor and visit this one. After getting the run around from a different dealer, I gave these guys a call. We had the pleasure of working with Sam Houston. Not only is her name cool and very-on brand, but y’all… she does not play. You tell her what you want, and she will deliver. She’s thorough, empathetic, and professional. She got me and my family in and out with our new Wrangler within an hour, and that included signing with finance. The team also answered all my questions about the features of our Wrangler and showed me how to adjust the top - it’s our first! Manager came out to check on us and made sure we had a 5-star experience. This place takes the cake for the best dealership experience I’ve EVER had. The Jeep experience has redeemed itself - thank you Sam & team @ San Antonio Jeep! More

The first time I stopped in the car I wanted to see had a dead battery. Despite that hiccup, the over all busting process was very good. I was not pleased with the dealership practice of adding $2,000 of dea dead battery. Despite that hiccup, the over all busting process was very good. I was not pleased with the dealership practice of adding $2,000 of dealer options of wheel locks, nitrogen fill for the tires and paint protectant. I would have not opted for this if given the choice. Sam Houston works very hard to provide the best sales experience possible. More
