Pain-free car buying experience I have not had good experiences with car salesmen and dealerships in the past. Knowing I was in the market for a new vehicle was something I was dread I have not had good experiences with car salesmen and dealerships in the past. Knowing I was in the market for a new vehicle was something I was dreading. But my experience with both Sam and Dave at Naperville Toyota made me feel like it wasn't a chore at all. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The process was as smooth as it could be, and both worked to get us the best deal and the right car for me. The building was very clean and pleasant, and they offered free water and coffee, which was a great perk. I also signed up for the Protector package and have already had my car in the service area, which does not feel like a car service area at all! It's so clean and comfortable and professional. My paperwork wasn't covered in greasy, oily fingerprints as I am accustomed. Overall, I am feeling better about this dealership than any experience I have had with them in my life. Kudos to them! More

Finally a great experience at a dealership. Samantha was great with a no pressure attitude. Bryan and his manager (cant recall name) did everything they could to get us out the door with a great price and a great deal on our trade. I also have had some service done there, and I wish I could recall the service managers name, this guy was fantastic. This is the way a dealership should be run, I will be buying all my cars from Samantha and Bryan here in the future, and it might not seem like a lot but that will add up to over a hundred K in the next couple of years, and I appreciate that they understand your a customer long term. From the time we walked in the door my wife and I felt good about the dealership. Russ approached us and talked about what we wanted to see. Every thing from the car selection, trade-in, aftermarket work, and follow-up by Russ and other staff was excellent. Any time that I come into this dealership, be it to look for a new car, or maintenance, I have always been greeted with positive people, who do whatever they can to help me out. Since this time my aim was for a new car, or maintenance, I have always been greeted with positive people, who do whatever they can to help me out. Since this time my aim was a new car and to sell my old car, Sam, Russ, and Suha, helped me out a lot. Sam, help get a great price for my old Sienna so that I could get the most out of my trade in. Russ did a great job in finding the right kind of car for me that would fit my budget. He was very detailed in what to expect out of the car and took the time to show all the features. Suha, was very patient and helping me with the financing and made sure that I could drive away with the new car for a monthly payment I could afford. The team over at Toyota are extremely professional, courteous, and above all, make you feel like a member for the family there. I have already recommended this place to my friends and still highly recommend this dealership to those looking for a great car buying experience. More
