Jaime (Sam) Delgado did an excellent job of helping us with the several months long process of looking for, test driving, and then choosing the right car! From start to finish he was very professional with the several months long process of looking for, test driving, and then choosing the right car! From start to finish he was very professional, kind, patient, and caring. *Side note… while were there the one day, some customers who spoke Spanish were there, and Sam was able to speak Spanish with them and really engage with them and seemingly help them to feel very welcomed. Sam Delgado doesn't know how to make a deal, he just knows the retail price. When I first called him about the car I was looking for. I told him I would give $10,000 plus my car for a 2024 new Camry L knows the retail price. When I first called him about the car I was looking for. I told him I would give $10,000 plus my car for a 2024 new Camry LE which I gave him the details. He came back with $23,000 and my car, lol, lol. So, Tom got the car for me for $10,100 plus my car, deal done. The one quality he does have is "smooth", which would explain why people over pay him for vehicles. More
