Without any exaggeration, we can confidently say that one of the main reasons we did not hesitate to purchase the vehicle was because of Mike. I think it is very rare to find a salesman like him who truly makes customers feel like there is a salesman on their side in the buying process, as we often have to go through stressful negotiations and back and forths to reach an agreement in terms of price and everything else. I leased my vehicles from Robert at a previous dealership for years and it was always a pleasure. He immediately had me come in to catch up and look at options. As it always was, the service was top notch. We spent hours looking for just the right model and color. We finally found the perfect vehicle that had everything I wanted. The vehicle was ready for pick up in a few days and during that time he would send me updates on what was going on.
