Four years ago I met Benn Edwards at BMW Catonsville. He assisted me with a trade-in and purchase of a CPO vehicle. He was awesome then; no hassle, no pressure tactics, just a straight shooter which wasn't assisted me with a trade-in and purchase of a CPO vehicle. He was awesome then; no hassle, no pressure tactics, just a straight shooter which wasn't my past sales experience. So, last week, when I needed to upgrade my vehicle, I reached out to Benn again. He was still his amazing self. I told him what I wanted with regard to payment and warranties with no money down, just my excellent credit and he went to work. He introduced me to Sam, the finance manager who is a wizard with numbers. He got me everything I asked for and then some. These two make a great team and made my visit to BMW Catonsville so worth it. I appreciate Benn's expertise. He is a great salesman and genuine person. I will always return to BMW Catonsville, they treat me well. Much respect to Benn and Sam. More

Very efficient and pleasant experience, would definitely come back I 3 yrs when this new lease is up. Also extremely helpful following up on a few things that came up later, weeks after we left the dealership. Great customer service and overall A+ experience! More

Abe contacted me (via phone, email AND text) shortly after I expressed interest online, immediately responding to all of my questions. He showed great integrity throughout the entire process, which I definitely appreciate - especially when making a large purchase. After I purchased the car, they had an associate walk me through several cool features and take the time to connect my phone, enter my home address in the Navigation system, etc. before my departure.
