I appreciate Sam’s hard work as well as Scott’s. The finance guy did a great job as well. I got four prices on the same truck in three minutes, that’s not fun. But overall not a dealbreaker. I was not surprised but caught off guard on my trade in's value. your website vehicle trade in calculator is wrong and misleading. I was a bit taken aback when the other was $1500 lower than what your own si value. your website vehicle trade in calculator is wrong and misleading. Also the person I was texting with, wasn't the person I dealt with on the sale. Sam was great though as was the finance guy. More
