Met Steve (was told he goes by “Steve the Greek”) Felt an immediate connection with the handshake…was very professional & attentive. After asking me some questions on what I’m looking for he took me to the RX 350 as I’m looking for our family vehicle. Steve was spot on with pointing out my needs & the fit of the 350 for the family. Met Sam, New car manager, another top notch feel and we looked at new vs pre owned. Now it’s up to me. Loved the fact that I didn’t get that pushy “car salesman presentation”. Definitely looking Lexus now, just which one. More
