However, the finance department was a huge disappointment. We declined extra packages for my car, but still were charged $998 extra for 2 packages we declined (The Napleton Promise). I feel very sorry for customers who don't catch this additional charge on their loan. I would never buy from this company (Napleton) again! More

I was not in the market to buy a car that day! Long story short, I purchased a new Lexus during that visit because I was so impressed with the vehicle and professionalism of the individuals who worked with me that day. I had several questions about the technology of the RX350 and Wade answered all of them and gave an excellent overview of the features. I first met Sam on the sales floor and in 20 minutes he taught me more than I ever learned in all of my years of dealing with car dealerships. Honest and engaging sold me early in the process. Nate was wonderful and helped me get the process rolling. Jordan made the paperwork manageable and clear. Signing away is never easy. He made it so. Wade took time to help me understand my new computer on wheels and left the door open for more tutoring in the future. I am not of the “tech” age but love what this car has within it. Thank you all.
