The Dealership's Showroom was large, well light and welcoming. Bob Hill was a very knowledgeable and attentive Sales Consultant. In this environment of shortages, it was difficult to negotiate a sales welcoming. Bob Hill was a very knowledgeable and attentive Sales Consultant. In this environment of shortages, it was difficult to negotiate a sales price comparable to even last year. Sale Manager, Sam Aly was very difficult to deal with in negotiations. But, after that Will in finance was pleasant to work with and found a great interest rate for me. At delivery Bob was very personable, unfortunately one of the dealer add-ons was missing.
