I could not be more excited about my new RX Hybrid & this dealership. Fantastic staff!!  From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was going to buy my next vehicle there. I was greeted with a smile by Jo dealership. Fantastic staff!!  From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was going to buy my next vehicle there. I was greeted with a smile by Jordan Hankins in sales. He was very professional and did everything he could to help me without being pushy. I had a little bit of a unique transaction trying to come out of a lease. Will Snyder one of the sales managers was a genuinely kind person, he was available to answer my questions & help put this together.  Buying a vehicle in this market is different than it used to be! Inventory is low & you need to decide quickly or you could lose your vehicle (which I almost did)  Josh Klein from Finance was very knowledgeable & patient while shopping for the best loan & rate for us.... Great guy! Once we got everything put together, Lexus Wade in Technology spent over an hour showing me the new features of my car. It was after hours & I never felt rushed.  He gave me his cell number & even offered for me to come back after I've gotten used to the car.  I could not be more pleased with the staff at this dealership. Yet a tad stressful at times, this was a fantastic buying experience. I got my dream vehicle & everything about this transaction was perfect & meant to be.  Thank you gang!!  More
