Unsatisfactory Dealership The sales people were Sammy and Bob Hill who both did an average to below average job. Next time : They sold us the hitch, which was included in their paperwork and at the time of delivery they said it’s not possible, no cargo mat, as not available I had to remind them to add $160 for their mandatory requirements of me purchasing a front foot mats from them. Right door bulb was not working and had to come back to get it fixed. All of this explained at the time of delivery, not before, giving us a feeling of being shortchanged. A complementary $25 certificate was given, so dissatisfactory experience. All in all it left a bad taste as these things mattered to us. More
