DONT DO BUSINESS HERE On October 1st 2024 I purchased a car from this dealership. I'm an out of state buyer from PA, so I had them collect the sales tax and register it in the state of PA for me. The car is fine, however - I checked my mail every night waiting for everything from the PA DMV to arrive. My temporary tag from the dealership expired on the 31st so i asked for another temp tag. I received one text from the salesman, but didn't receive any more communication until i followed up two days later. I spoke to the salesman and he informed me that due to an error on their end they never sent out the paperwork to PA. I was not informed of this error until I reached out to them a month later. Had I never reached out to them I would've never known and I doubt they would've told me. (They did give me a new temp tag) I asked the salesman if he could send some kind of "evidence" that they did in-fact send it out this time around. He assured me he'd send something. Fast forward to the next day, I called him and leftmessages, no answer. I then called the sales manager, left a voicemail, no returned call. I called back later and was able to get through to him. I asked him if there was any type of proof that they could show me that they were going to send out the paperwork this time, as my confidence and trust in their operation has been diminished. The GM, Salvatore, assured me that he would send out the paperwork, and that an email confirmation would be sent out to be before the end of the business day (6:00 PM). A few hours passed and at 5:20 PM I decided to call him back as I still haven't heard anything and wanted to make sure I will actually hear back. As i had to push for any answers regarding the status of the paperwork, the GM became irritated with my questions and my dissatisfaction. I asked him why he was so upset, and he said that he "didn't want to go back and forth for the next 9 minutes" he also told me that he is no longer willing to send me an email confirmation, and that it will be an "only verbal" notification. He told me that the title should be there in up to 30 days, and that was the end of it. I'm incredibly unsatisfied with my business here, and I still have zero proof of wether the issue will be taken care of. At first I thought all the negative reviews were overblown. Turns out they were right. It seems like after Napoli Kia gets their money, they simply don't care. I feel like my complaints aren't being heard and I have no idea if I'll get the proper documents I require. The GM was incredibly rude. I get that taking complaints isn't fun, but it's part of the job, and in no way is it personal. I just want what I paid for. I would absolutely rate zero stars if I could. I would urge anyone thinking of doing business here to look elsewhere. This place has very bad management and as a result suffers as a whole. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE. To any potential customers reading, sorry for the long rant, I'm just very frustrated. I bought a car and have no title for it. No matter how nice the car is, there's always a better dealership. This dealer wouldn’t replace the engine on the vehicle when there was a lifetime warranty already on it. They claimed to have done a diagnostic test and did not receive the diagnostic code for the engine when there was a lifetime warranty already on it. They claimed to have done a diagnostic test and did not receive the diagnostic code for the engine when I did the diagnostic test on my own and received the engine code. They were aware of the issues with the engine. Instead, suggested something else was wrong with the vehicle that was not related to the engine and wanted $1,200 for it to be fixed yet I would still have engine issues. I was willing to trade in the vehicle and was given an offensively low trade value. Had I taken the trade in amount, this dealer would have completed whatever paperwork was needed for the lifetime warranty engine, put the new engine in, and sold that car for quadruple the trade in value they gave me. Took my business elsewhere and done with Kia totally. More
