I went in looking for the 2021 Toyota Corolla xse hatchback which was one of the most difficult cars to find. I did an extended amount of research on the car and I knew this is what I wanted, I just need to be sold on the car. So said so done. I went to the dealership and was greeted by the front desk receptionist where I then got introduced to Jamal. Amazing energy and positivity from him like he was family. Started learning some background on each other and then started jumping into the details of the car. Sooner than later we sat down ran some numbers and HE MADE SURE he got me the best price possible with all the amenities I could have possibly gotten. Amazing guy and humble salesman! Horrible.I am now going to have to go through bankruptcy these people are liars and think $100 means something in NYC that was the first insult.They think POC are stupid and will never realize what they are these people are liars and think $100 means something in NYC that was the first insult.They think POC are stupid and will never realize what they are doing.They even asked me to take my reviews done and give them a chance and all they did was try to mess my money up more.I am filing a report with the BBB.They took the insurance off my car I didnt even know for weeks.God was on my side cause I live righteously and never try to get over on people.What go around comes around and we must all meet him at that Pearly Gates.Now these people come off very friendly but they always said the devil would be in disguise.Every review should be called and checked they xxxx sure asked me to take it down but I am not happy I can't sleep,eat or work out of disgust for what they did to me.9k in interest and $247.00 on principal.The knew what they were doing but they didnt know who they were doing it.I will be calling every news station in NYC.I have a story to tell and I'm. Sure the BBB would like to here it.They never gave me back my paperwork either.BOTTOM LINE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More
