I was given the run around after a few visits, just to find out after paying over $600 on back breaks, that my front breaks needed replaced. The cost jumped to $1,300. I don’t know why they couldn’t see t find out after paying over $600 on back breaks, that my front breaks needed replaced. The cost jumped to $1,300. I don’t know why they couldn’t see this during my first visit. My car was making a loud squeaky noise when I stop. I had to video record my issue before they would take a closer look. I opted to go elsewhere for my breaks. I lost a bit of trust from this last visit. More

I have the best service representative. He listens and is an excellent communicator. A credit to customer service. Every time I need air in tires the guys are friendly and helpful. I like the van service for longer visits when I don’t stay. The people are friendly, but I especially like Joseph. I feel like I have a car care partner. More

The service department pads times, and is inept. The general manager is rude and condescending, the service writers don’t know anything about cars. Avoid this dealership at all costs! they sold me a The general manager is rude and condescending, the service writers don’t know anything about cars. Avoid this dealership at all costs! they sold me a car that had a completely sludged engine that needed to be replaced and even though I brought it back 4 days after taking delivery because of oil and smoke pooling out of the tailpipe, they took over 4 months and every other day visits to to dealership to prove I wasn’t just going to go away, to finally honor the warranty and replace the engine. Then it took over two weeks to swap an engine. More
