THEY LIED AND TRICKED ME INTO SIGNING A LEASE WAY OVER MY BUDGET, AND GAVE ME A "BRAND NEW 2025 CAR" FILTHY INSIDE AND OUT AND WITH A SCRATCHED UP WINDSHIELD. AND REFUSED TO TAKE CARE OF IT. The scratches are right in the drivers line of sight, and now I cant even tint my windows because it will show the scratches even more. Before I even went in I told the salesman that I needed to be at or below 660 a month with zero down, or I was not coming in. They said no problem. So I went in after work and the salesman lied to me and tricked me into signing a lease for 750 a month, telling me that I had to add the warranty on there to get zero down accepted. He said if I canceled the warranty the next day that my payments would go down to 660$. He lied. That night, the salesman went to pick up the vehicle color that I wanted from another dealership. He came back dropped it off to me and then dipped. No pre inspection walk around, no helping me get the onstar set up, nothing. It was completely filthy, literally covered in dirt inside and out, and there was suction marks on every glass surface, and scratches on the interior windshield right in front of the drivers line of sight. keep in mind this is a brand new 2025 vehicle. I brought it back and asked them to clean it. They said ok, and me and my 3 kids sat there for over an hour, just for the car to be returned with a light wipe down, still filthy, looked like they just ran a rag over the interior and ran it through their crappy car wash. They told me to come back again so I did and stayed another hour and a half just to get the same dirty vehicle back, like they didn't do a dang thing. So I left and I scheduled myself a full detail and asked them to fix the scratched windshield. They refused. 2025 brand new vehicle delivered to me filthy and with a scratched windshield and I'm stuck in a lease out of my budget. They will look at you right in your face and lie. And then treat you like crap. More

Eugene treated me like the most important client he ever had. I wanted to buy a used S2000 sight unseen and he made it happen, with appropriate verbiage to protect both our interests. Out of the many times I’ve had my daily driver serviced there, has notably gone very well and the results from the mechanics that work on the car always do a superb job. Certainly hitting the marks Honda strives for, Thank You team 🫶🏻 More

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They gave me at least four different prices on the same vehicle, each time saying “we can’t go any lower” — only to suddenly drop the pri dealership. They gave me at least four different prices on the same vehicle, each time saying “we can’t go any lower” — only to suddenly drop the price again as soon as I left, or when I used a different name online. That alone made it hard to trust them. I also noticed an oil leak on the car and asked to see the vehicle health report, which they already had but never disclosed until I pushed. I paid for my own private inspection, which found about $1,000 worth of repairs. When I brought this to them, they refused to do anything about it. To make matters worse, the manager came out, was rude, and actually walked away while I was asking questions. If you don’t know what you’re doing, this dealership will take advantage of you. Be very careful before doing business here. More
