It’s been nearly a year since I bought my vehicle from this dealership and I wanted to wait to see if my anger from the transaction would go away; it has not! Rairdon’s Honda of Sumner is dishonest and illegally immoral! They sold me a car (that I wasn’t even trying to haggle on) and acted as though I was in the wrong for trying to get them to honor their asking price! They kept trying to tack on additional fee’s even though I already had a check in hand. Then, they failed to abide by the contract and fix the issues that were wrong with it, failed to note things that made it a liability on the road (suspension, brakes, and tires), and showed me a fake car report saying it had never been in an accident. My insurance company told me after purchasing it that it had actually previously been in an accident! This place is corrupt as they get! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! More

Apparently, if you have questions and not just an appointment request you get thrown into a que and have to leave a message. The prompts say that if you have an unresolved issue to press 5. I did so. I got the same nasty lady stating that she did not have a manager and that I would have to talk with her...nope! there are other Honda dealerships and they get my vote!!!! More
