I see you responded publicly, so I will as well. You emailed me on 5/5/25 and I responded on 5/14/25 to which you never responded again as well as multiple phone calls on the days in between with no return call. As a “Customer Satisfaction Manager”, I’d think you’d be more proactive in private instead of waiting until an honest review is posted. Seeing as to how that time was within the supposed 7 day return window, it would make sense that you and the sales manager would not return my calls nor would the sales manager come out to see me when I came back to the dealership to discuss the issues.
