Got a Jeep Wrangler Sahara here. The sales team said it comes with Blind-Spot, Cross-Path Detection and ParkSense Rear Park-Assist System. We couldn't check the Jeep at the time of m The sales team said it comes with Blind-Spot, Cross-Path Detection and ParkSense Rear Park-Assist System. We couldn't check the Jeep at the time of making the deal because it was not at the dealership. But they showed a similar one. By the time of delivery the deal was done and everything was signed. When we checked the Jeep it did not have these features. When I talked to the sales manager about this he said the sales team made a mistake and we should have read the sticker!! Only option they gave me was I can either exchange this Jeep with another one with those features which costs 7000$ more or I can have blind spot installed with a third party! Right side headlight was not working and I had to make multiple trips to get it fixed. More

Do not ever go to this dealership. They are so u professional and rude and tried to make us pay 3000.00 to drop off our final payment for our lease. Chrysler capital told us to to there and it’s no problem but Emir Bucan told us he didn’t want to help us and he wouldn’t accept our payment and if he did we had to pay 3000.00 to him to process it. We left super upset we drove all the way there in the rain from port Townsend and these idiots won’t help. We have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and with Chrysler capital to deal with this. Totally unacceptable that man should be fired More
