From start to finish, Selah worked with me to help me get EXACTLY what I was looking for. When I came to him looking for a used car, he and the manager, Gage, worked with me to get me the best deal possible, EXACTLY what I was looking for. When I came to him looking for a used car, he and the manager, Gage, worked with me to get me the best deal possible, and I ended up in a BRAND NEW car. Even after a very long day personally, Selah, Gage and Johnathan in Finance made sure my Mom and I were taken care of and not left waiting for hours on end. I sincerely appreciate their patience (I had VERY specific budget I wanted to stick to) and every step of the way, Selah was patient, communicative and consistent in working with me to ensure I got what I wanted. My last two cars have been purchased from Southwest Kia and if the services continues to exceed my expectations, I look forward to continue working with them. Lies, deceit and poor customer service. I came in fir a test drive and was immediately sold a overpriced Tesla. The sales manager would not write his promises on the forced bilk of sale. After the test drive the front wibdshield had a crack. The sales manager informed me to use my insurance to get it repaired. When they determined my credit score was acceptable. The manipulation began. I experience numerous levels of unprofessionalism. I cannot recommend any of my colleagues to KIA Southwest. More

Found a used car for son first car online and reached out and Salah answered. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We made the drive and met Salah to check out the car.
