Unsatisfactory. All around. We made an appointment for "delivery" and waited three hours to finally get the car. We already had a purchase agreement and financing All around. It appeared that the dealership severely overbooked themselves and were attempting to play catch-up. This was our third new-car purchase at this dealership and by far the most disappointing. Nobody was truthful about the real wait time. From our sales person to the finance team to the sales manager. More

Our sales guy Pang was AMAZING! He helpless us out so much and was so willing to answer questions. We eventually had to work with the Sales manager, Sal and he was so rude and aggre He helpless us out so much and was so willing to answer questions. We eventually had to work with the Sales manager, Sal and he was so rude and aggressive. We were inquiring on details about the Luther Family discount (mother works for Luther) and he had no knowledge about this, which is fine, but the approach he had was rude and was telling us we didn’t know what we were talking about and said if we had this discount why weren’t we at the other dealership and at his instead. There were a few times I had to ask him to please be more respectful. Sal also commented on my wife’s stomach and said “are you rubbing your stomach because you’re pregnant” which I found to be a very rude comment to make. A few days later after getting our Mazda CX-5, we noticed a HUGE crack in our windshield that was there prior to us purchasing the car. The entire inside was so dusty and they didn’t clean it. It was a very poor experience and it was very disheartening not being taken serious at all due to the sales managers attitude. We called a few days later to talk to a manager about our experience and we never received a call back. More

Dealership was not communicative at all. The finance portion of the sale was a disaster. Even after the sale was made the dealership was impossible to get ahold of.
