I have been coming to this dealership since I purchased my car here in 2018. I travel all the way from Springhill. Wait was long despite being first appointment of the day and I was not receiving r updates like other customers were (I was waiting in the lobby). I also did get directions for the rebate I needed to apply and I was not receiving r updates like other customers were (I was waiting in the lobby). I also did get directions for the rebate I needed to apply for but there was not clarity on the part numbers I needed. It would be very nice if the service coordinator would complete that process for the customer while waiting since there are part numbers involved and considering the investment the customer is making. I was also a little frustrated to hear after the tires were done that my old tires still had quite a bit of life left on them. I would have liked to ask more questions on this and assess if $1700 on tires was absolutely necessary especially during the holiday season. Overall the service was done properly and the coordinator was friendly. Just some tips to go from a 4 to 5 stars. More
