I grew up in Brooklyn N.Y and moved to N.J. for several years, finally took the plunge and moved here to Florida in 2018 and Loving it🌞 , My wife and I just built a new home in Odessa and are living the dream 🙂... My car was not functioning correctly when I left the dealership after an oil change. They said it was test driven but it was not. Service rep, Sal, was argumentative.and didn’t want to listen to the fac dealership after an oil change. They said it was test driven but it was not. Service rep, Sal, was argumentative.and didn’t want to listen to the facts even after a test drive with your senior service rep experienced the same issue within a quarter of a mile (when we brought it back). no one was listening to us or each other - poor communication.
