The car was exactly as described. The dealer installed two new tires and even gave me a full tank of gas. They also arranged for a gentleman to give me some pointers on the features of the car before I drove home. All in all, the best car purchase experience I've EVER had. More

I recently purchased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Sport from the great folks at Foreign Cars Charlotte. Kostas met me outside as I was "kicking tires." He introduced himself answered my initial questions and then gave me some space to explore a little on my own - which is exactly what I wanted. He checked on me a couple times, always courteous and professional, never pushy. When I had more questions he was there with the answer. He was very knowledgeable about the Alfa brand - and others on the lot. Luis in Finance was also helpful and a pro. And on my return visit for the first car wash, Sal, who got the ball rolling online with me, made a point of coming by and introducing himself. All in all, a great experience. Thanks Kostas and team. What I noticed before anything, even I leased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio w/sport package. First of all, the car is SWEET. The experience was SWEETER!! What I noticed before anything, even before I saw the car in person was the honesty of the finance manager. I spoke with him on the phone, and he told me they could do this and that. Most of the dealerships will tell you anything to get you in the door. As soon as I arrived, I met Sal Calabria, who would be my salesman. I followed Sal to his desk, and he showed me the same deal the sales manager quoted on the phone. I couldn't believe it. Sal was a cool salesperson. I told him he was the first real Italian person I knew. The thing I loved most about Sal was when I asked him a question about the Stelvio, he said he wasn't sure, but would find out for me. He didn't lie, and make something up. The rest is history, and the experience was great. Anthony, who did the paperwork, even pushed the bank to give me the best lease rate that I deserved with my good credit score. The Sales Mgr, Sal, and Anthony were great......and the Stelvio with the 20 inch sport package rims speaks for itself. More
