Worse auto purchase I've had in 40 years I brought my 2 family members in for purchasing 2 Lincolns. All Sal Cared about was saying "make sure you give us 5 stars on the survey" Sal was a fi I brought my 2 family members in for purchasing 2 Lincolns. All Sal Cared about was saying "make sure you give us 5 stars on the survey" Sal was a first class BULLY... Never will work with this dealership again... Reggie was No better - promised the world = nothing until I got Corporate Lincoln involved. Be careful with this dealership...! More

Promises then you never get it I have been a Ford/Lincoln owner since the 80's but since I was dealing with this dealership I will no longer buy a Ford Lincoln car thanks to the o I have been a Ford/Lincoln owner since the 80's but since I was dealing with this dealership I will no longer buy a Ford Lincoln car thanks to the owner of this Dealership. They give you I OWE YOU for items owed and they do not deliver. How do you offer a free TV and tell the customer after they buy the car Oh sorry we ran out when you advertise it in the paper? Or Offer signed Baseballs from Met's pitchers and break the kids heart when you do not deliver. Or offer a free shirt as an insensitive and not have them but offer to ship it and again never send it. They will promise you everything but never deliver. Do yourself a favor Travel further and buy from a reputable dealer. This owner just wants to sell cars and pocket the money Screw the customer once they sign is his motto. More

I shopped around, but when I spoke with Sal Ambrosio on the phone, I had a very comfortable feeling. He is fantastic! I just picked up my third lease from him and I couldn't be happier. As always, Sal did his homework and I have everything I wanted at a great price. After talking to Sal, I made one phone call to Geico and was ready to pick up in a day. He really makes it hassle free, and I am so grateful for that. I had Jovan as a Tech this time and he covered everything. I walked out all programed and in Sync, exactly what I wanted.
