His staff members Julio Escobar and Orlando Alcaide are both very notable staff members who aided in making our purchase with ease and no headache. Julio went the extra mile to help us find the best car loan for our car. Orlando Alcaide was very patient with us and made sure any and all questions we threw at him were answered thoroughly. We felt no pressure to make decisions at any time. We were also given the rundown of their service department before taking off with our new car. There are no problems with the car and my mother and I are very pleased with the whole experience and how affordable they made for our purchase. I went and met with Saiful and let him know what I had planned on getting and that I was just browsing. He understood my needs and suggested I get the mazda3 sport. I saw the vehicle, test drove it. And fell in love! I also worked with Jim, Jay and Julio. They made the process so easy and treated me like family and a valued customer. A good deal Very friendly group of people working in this location. It was my first time at this location but I have been searching for a car for some time. Most dealerships try to hustle you from the get go, others ignore you. I felt like they were very professional and listened to my wants and my criticism on cars, gave me options and were patiently waiting for whatever I choose. The entire process was very smooth, only took 3-4 hrs to get all paperwork and plates and inspection and everything pretty much done. Drove it home the same day. I worked with Jim Mendez and ended up dealing with the supervisor Saiful Islam. Both of them treated me well and took the extra incentive to make sure I was happy with everything. Definitely coming back again. More
