The Brockton Toyota dealership is very accommodating. They helped me understand the tires and rims agreement that come with my car. The service took less time than I was quoted for. I recommend them. The yearly service on my Highlander, on this visit was, as always, exceptional. Every question I had was addressed and a video link was shared where the technician showed and explained exactly what the results were from their inspection in relation to my specific concerns. I then received a phone call to discuss all the results of the additional inspection. (I actually had an answer to one question as soon as I mentioned it. My car has a safety feature that engages when necessary and just like that “poop” no more worries!) That’s why I trust the expertise, the experience and the dedication to excellence of Copeland Toyota’s service department! Copeland Toyota is in a class all of its own. More
