My husband and I purchased a new 2004 Expedition from Keizer Skyline and then we bought a new 2012 Fusion from Skyline (on Commercial). It felt good to be recognized when you brought your car in for service! Even though I loved the Fusion I felt it would be helpful for me to have a back up camera so I just traded it on a 2020 Escape. Lola (Laura) Reyes was so helpful in the whole process. After test driving an Escape that I thought fit my needs we still sat down and she helped me compare it to other available Escapes to make sure I was getting the best deal with the features that were important for me. After becoming a widow this is the first car I have purchased by myself and Lola made it a fun experience. I know if I have any questions she will always be willing to help me out! Thank you Lola! We used the COSTCO buying program and there was a little confusion when we were first handed off from the online person to the actual people at the dealership. We also had not purchased a car in 20 years so we were not familiar with how the manufacturer rebates and financing work. But that was quickly cleared up.
