You figured while I was traveling within that hour and hlf to the dealership that they would tell me this. No consideration and no courtesy to tell me on the way that a deposit has been made on the vehicle. I should have listened to the previous comments MADE about this dealership and yes, I will add and say to avoid this dealership like the plague. pathetic. More

This is a clear case of deceptive and financial abuse on a trusting elderly person - On December 1, 2023, I provided sales with a spec sheet outli This is a clear case of deceptive and financial abuse on a trusting elderly person - On December 1, 2023, I provided sales with a spec sheet outlining what I wanted for a new vehicle. I told them up front that my time was limited and its ok if I don’t get it now. I would be traveling and then leaving for Florida for the winter. I was assured by the General Manager Cody Gill that he had favors to collect and could make it happen prior to my departure. I was notified by them they found me a vehicle. I went in for pickup on December 18th, and was deceived into believing that the vehicle was exactly what I had requested in the spec sheet. I requested a 2024 model. They even gave me 2024 owner’s manual as part of the deceptive practice. Also, all of the additional accessories I wanted and paid for were not installed on the vehicle. They conveniently forgot to mention them at the time of pickup. They told me one would take 4-6 months before I received it and to return the next day at noon to get one of the other accessories installed. When I returned the next day, I was told it could not be done as the person who does it wasn’t going to be there and that I would have to come back again. When I told them I didn’t have time to return, that I wanted my old vehicle back, I was told they will look into it. I have heard nothing to date. They left 2 voicemails for me to call them to discuss my file. Twice I called back Victor Bequary. He told me he couldn’t talk and was rude and hung up on me. I requested them to reply to my email so that there would be a paper trail of the transaction. I do not trust anything they say. If they had good intentions of resolving, there should not be any issue in documenting it in writing. I escalated to the CEO and President, Stephen J. Barberino, after I had contacted other staff a number of times, but have not received any attempt to resolve. I have text and email documentation outlining these details. More
