It was a bad experience. Steve Lewandowski was fine. He did what he was supposed to, but the vehicle that we got was shot. Missed opportunity! I purchased a used Jeep from them on 7/29/24 and the battery was dead the very next day. Moore wanted the vehicle to troubleshoot it. The tow alon I purchased a used Jeep from them on 7/29/24 and the battery was dead the very next day. Moore wanted the vehicle to troubleshoot it. The tow alone would have been $200 and no guarantee that Moore would do anything about it. I bought a new battery ($217) from Sam's Club and problem solved. Sadly, Moore has now lost any repeat business from me. More
