I took my van in for work due to a recall. They were dishonest with me and told me it would take 90 minutes. After 2 hours they informed me it would take 3 hours or more. I had no way to get h They were dishonest with me and told me it would take 90 minutes. After 2 hours they informed me it would take 3 hours or more. I had no way to get home was forced to take a rental. By the time they finished my van was there 7 hours. I had to go back the next day to pick up my van and rearrange my schedule. They have poor communication skills never once explained why it took so long and never once said they were sorry for all the problems they caused me. If they had sent me a survey I would of given them an F. More

Steve and team were very accommodating knowing I had to drive out of town the next day. I had a cracked radiator, none of which was in stock. They got a radiator the next morning and had my car fixed by drive out of town the next day. I had a cracked radiator, none of which was in stock. I live in Indiana, and was visiting family, when I noticed I possibly had a hose leak. Steve gave me a same day appointment. I had a cracked radiator and a few other things wrong. They ordered me noticed I possibly had a hose leak. Steve gave me a same day appointment. I had a cracked radiator and a few other things wrong. They ordered me a new radiator and kept my car overnight. (Steve knew I was suppose to return home the following day). The following morning the team worked on my repairs asap and Steven promised it would be fixed by 5pm. The team worked fast and efficiently and Steve kept me apprised of the repairs. I called him several times, he treated me with kindness and understanding each time. I really appreciate that Steve knew urgency of the repairs, and got things done! 👍 More

I scheduled service a week in advance to have tires replaced. Dropped my truck off the night before so they could have it back to me early afternoon. Took them two business days to get my truck back. Had the day off from work and had to find a ride when they couldn't get them installed the first day. They didn't even clean the lubricant of my rims that they used to install the tires. More
