Unfortunately they fired Trevor right before I was to pick up my car. The manager was very rude to me about the pending sale which led me to change my mind and not buy from Lokey. I regret giving Lokey any of my money. Kathleen was demanding and downright rude on the phone prior to buying. While buying I dealt with salesman Trevor. Even offering a gift card for a positive review. All was great until the end of the sale: Trevor was disgusting and crude while sending us off. Afterwards I received calls and texts that are uncalled for and gross. I called Kathleen and she assured me Trevor would never do such a thing. Then degraded us saying we were making it up. I offered to send her a copy of the texts and links Trevor sent. Soon after doing that I got countless calls from her where she sat with background noise, distinctive music and dogs barking. I’ve left several messages for Steve, Christian and David with no response. I wouldn’t go to this dealership if you have a choice. We love our car, but the customer service is repulsive More
