if I could give zero stars I would. RUN they will hide things in your contract. not provide you a copy of the contract when you leave. they advised me with two options after I realized RUN they will hide things in your contract. not provide you a copy of the contract when you leave. they advised me with two options after I realized the fraudulent activity that had transpired which were less than subpar. When I tried to get into a lease which was one of the options the GM advised of, they then acted as if there were no vehicles available. My sales persons Michael and Fadi as well as the GM himself have not answered phone calls, text, messages left with people. They have my vehicle since Saturday February 16th. They told me they would Transport it, Yet had Fadi drive it back at high speeds over 75 miles. just to tell me that it wasn't fixed and he had to drive it back to Tampa which on both trips he was speeding in my vehicle that has bad shaking issues that were never disclosed to me. since the vehicle was was brought back I have heard nothing from VW in regards to my vehicle or getting into a lease or my contracts being canceled. This place is a NIGHTMARE to say the least. I have barely been able to eat concentrate and do normal day to day things since realizing that my 19k vehicle which should have been a little over 23k after the outrageous added taxes and fees and vw advantage and my 2k deposit is now reflecting as a 32k finance loan in the bank that financed me STAY AWAY RUN. unless you want sleepless nights. having to force feed your self. and to struggle with work and other day to day activities STAY AWAY More

Check engine light came on, scheduled an appointment. I was in and out within an hour. The shop technician ran a couple test and found out the was a small leak in the evaporator system. The n80 purge val I was in and out within an hour. The shop technician ran a couple test and found out the was a small leak in the evaporator system. The n80 purge valve was replaced along with a couple of the attached vacuum hoses. My Volkswagen Taos has ran perfect since, it's running better than the first day I bought it and I couldn't be more happy with my Taos. Big shout out to Volkswagen of North Tampa for doing the best for my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop! More

I was apprehensive to bring my car in as I went to a closer mechanic and was told what was wrong with my vehicle. Service Rep Patrick was quick to tell me I’m out of warranty and I have to pay for diagnostic but mentioned they noticed it might be my battery. Instead of checking the battery first he was going to do warranty and I have to pay for diagnostic but mentioned they noticed it might be my battery. Instead of checking the battery first he was going to do the diagnostic but luckily I told him not to do the diagnostic first and he told me he check and see if it wasn’t too late if the guys had already done the diagnostic first. Then they held me for two hours just to tell me it was just a battery even after I received the video and that I owed 475 if I wanted a new battery when I explained that I could not afford that and asked for the information to purchase a battery somewhere else, he said he wasn’t able to get any information from the tech or from looking at the battery to help me.. if that was not enough, he proceeded to take my key from the driver and not give me my key back, saying he wanted to test my car to see if it started up. He never asked me my permission. I told him to give me my keys, and that I was able and capable of checking if my car started for myself. Afterwards, I called the general manager of VW at Morgan auto Works and left a message and he never returned my call. My family, my friends, and I have all been long time customers of Reeves, but now that I see that Morgan is not a reputable and honest group I will no longer be coming to Morgan More

the seller was fine, but when we moved to the next step, it was the person who was preparing the contract, financing and closing the deal, he tried to sell me additional products that he didn't even tell me it was the person who was preparing the contract, financing and closing the deal, he tried to sell me additional products that he didn't even tell me about. The same day we closed the deal. The other day I got an alarm message that they are checking my credit rating again, this continued the next day. I will never visit this dealer again, stay away from him. More
