I scheduled an oil change to be done at 3pm, the service advisor said it would be 30-45 minutes. at 530pm I asked if my car was done and they were not sure. 2.5 hours for an oil change is a little much. The waiting area is wonderful. My only issue is that my car is using oil and them not wanting to fix it ( still under warranty) with out doing a combustion chamber cleaning first.
