The dealership was very clean and welcoming. I was greeted immediately upon arrival thinking it’s first thing Saturday and I would have to wait but no! I was pleasantly surprised the full staff I was greeted immediately upon arrival thinking it’s first thing Saturday and I would have to wait but no! I was pleasantly surprised the full staff was ready to go and happy to service my vehicle. A true change of pace of any other service center I have been to. I appreciated Nick’s positive attitude and excellent service! Even called me when my car was done and I was shocked it took exactly, if not even less, than the estimated time (that never happens). He even made sure I got a car wash and saved me the trouble of doing so on my way home. I was so thankful! The manager, Skylar, was beyond helpful and accommodating with assisting me find an appointment that fit my busy work schedule. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able get a service in time but she found a perfect day and time so I didn’t have to miss any work. Excellent staff! Will recommend this dealership to all my other Kia cars in my family. More
