I purchased a 2014 F150 with great mileage and overall in descent shape. However, when I test drove the truck the tire censer light was on. I was told it just needed air. When I came back after a few weeks o descent shape. However, when I test drove the truck the tire censer light was on. I was told it just needed air. When I came back after a few weeks of working out our deal. I purchased the truck and trailer-ed it home, due to the fact I was from out of state. The day after I left I noticed that both front tires were flat. It was still on the trailer at this point. (The issue was covered up). At the time of purchase the truck had a 100+ point inspection and a 60 day warranty. Neither the 60 warranty or inspection paperwork were given to me at the time I left the dealership. After having another auto shop in my town look at the tires and rims. It was noted that all of the rims had corrosion and would not hold air. As well as the tires had "tire rot". I have been attempting to contact the dealership now for 2 + months. They have not once responded to any of my emails & most of my calls. This could have been an easy fix but they chose to make this hard and give themselves a really bad wrap. I also had a tire blow out on I-75 down town Atlanta in morning rush hour traffic. This dealership sold a tuck that was not road worthy and refuses to fix it. I have spoken to Shaun the manager a few times and he basically said it's not their problem and the warranty did not cover this. There are FL laws that say this is there problem. This was a $30,000.00 investment and now I have to put $4k into is so I can drive it.This is unacceptable. Again they could have solved this very easy but refuse to. Do not buy from this dealership. It will cost you more money. More

My Salesman Larry was knowledgeable, very accommodating, and professional. He made the truck shopping experience enjoyable. I found all the staff to be very cordial and pleasant to be around. In July 2022 I decided to buy my first new vehicle in 20 years, a Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid. Salesman Jesse Friederichs informed me of the extremely short supply and assisted me in putting in a preorder for a 2023 model. Jesse and Mullinax Ford patiently worked with me through the supply chain delays that resulted in my MY23 order transitioning to a MY24. Mullinax stayed committed to the order and ensured I received the transition rebate eliminating the model year price increased. Thankyou Jesse for your commitment, dedication, and superb customer service. You made a very long wait palatable and the purchase process quick and easy. Your follow up call 48-hours after the transaction is proof of your customer focused approach to service. I have always been pleased with the service and people I interact with at Mullinax, but this visit was special. I was happy to see salesman Kevin Farinha (sold a car to my son). I was super shocked to see and work with Finance Delivery Manager Cesar Molano. Cesar was the first person I ever interacted with at Mullinax Ford. Cesar sold me a Ford Freestyle in 2005 as well as a very nice set of wheels! In addition, it was extremely encouraging to work with a man of integrity and honesty on my vehicle trade-in, Sales Manager Warren Marks. Finally, I was blessed and honored to meet General Manager of Sales Shawn Marks (Warren’s brother!) and see his commitment to customer service in action.
