Both Ryan and Larry were efficient and worked quickly, being very respectful of my time and making the process easy. The only flaw was that they did not tell me up front that the car came with only one key fob. This was a gently-used Lincoln, one owner, local trade - a fine automobile coming from a Lincoln dealer. I just expected it would come with two keys and never thought to question this. So this was a bit disappointing, but they did a great job on everything else, and I'd gladly recommend this team to anyone. More

I told him of my wife's health problems and he immediately said that should we purchase a Lincoln he would bring the car to my home. We did the deal, and I did eventually meet him in person.
