Our fifth family Lexus purchase and this was the best yet, and they have all been great! Isaac and Nate worked very hard to find exactly the RX we wanted and routed to the dealership. They kept me info yet, and they have all been great! Isaac and Nate worked very hard to find exactly the RX we wanted and routed to the dealership. They kept me informed of delivery status regularly. The purchase was what you expect from Lexus, perfect and very pleasant. The entire team do absolutely anything to ensure the customer is happy and the deal as always gets done without pressure or high pressure tactics. Very much appreciated Isaac, from our first introduction your no pressure, relaxed and super accommodating attitude made the entire car purchase a simple streamlined and actually enjoyable process. You will be my first call for our next Lexus. Nate, I appreciated all your time and desire to find and bring the RX to me rather than me traveling to another dealer out of state. Great service and thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to help us! Rick Parnes in finance was another standout, making the paperwork process easy, organised and quick. Can't forget Ryan, thanks for explaining all the tech in, a lot of upgrades from the 2010 RX that we replaced... appreciate your patience! It all adds up to a great car buying experience that will keep us coming back again. Thanks to all at the Lexus of Brookfield team!! In the end our new Lexus RX350 is the star of the show, a great product that we look forward to driving everyday. Thanks again for everything! More
