I was very disappointed with my service appointment. I brought my car in to have a few things looked at that I believe were caused by the latest upgrade that was done and I was told that the diag. woul I brought my car in to have a few things looked at that I believe were caused by the latest upgrade that was done and I was told that the diag. would take 48hr and I would be taken to get a rental car and if it was found that there was nothing wrong I would have to pay for the rental. I'm used to having the car at least looked and then telling me that I would have to leave it. I decided not to have it looked at so my car is still having the issue. More

Every time I visit the service department I stand there for at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges that I am standing there. A simple "welcome in, someone will be with you in a moment" would b for at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges that I am standing there. A simple "welcome in, someone will be with you in a moment" would be fine if they are in the middle of something, instead they are chatting with each other and ignoring customers. Very poor customer service in my opinion. The service center also no longer offers a complementary car wash when you bring your car in for service which is a shame. More
