The dealership staff was very friendly and professional. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle we were intereted in and the financing options available to my wife and I. I would like to contact you about a recent purchasing experience I had with your dealership. My husband and I were contemplating upgrading our truck to a bigger model with a diesel engine. We did a lot of research and it came down to a Chevy 3500 or a Ford F450. And if we were going to trade up, it had to be a red one and it had to have all the bells and whistles I wanted. I searched online and not only was yours the closest red one to me in the country, it had everything I wanted. When I called to inquire about it, I was fortunate to be connected with your employee Ryan Swaney. Now, I`m going to guess you have a bunch of great guys there, but I can`t begin to tell you how delighted and pleased I am to have worked with Ryan. He probably spent what amounted to hours on the phone with me. He spoke with knowledge and intelligence not only about his product but about the competitor`s product. He helped us make a decision that we wanted to make anyway. We love Chevys, we`ve been loyal Chevy buyers, and Ryan gave me the confidence to choose that 3500 with the certainty we were doing the right thing. After we decided to buy it, he took care of putting on all the extra “stuff” I wanted and even helped me with arranging to trade in my existing truck. (People can`t believe it when I tell them that- that you traded it for me sight unseen- just a couple of pictures.) He also arranged the very affordable delivery option of meeting halfway with both vehicles. Ryan instilled my confidence and trust in him and your dealership. He never treated me like just another sale. He was attentive, responsive, helpful, and just plain wonderful. You just don`t get that anymore.
