We had a wonderful experience working with Ryan Stetz when purchasing our new Outback. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy, which we appreciated. We went in knowing pretty much wh when purchasing our new Outback. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy, which we appreciated. We went in knowing pretty much what we wanted so that helped move the process along. He went with us on our test drive, pointing out how different features may be the same/different from our previous Outback. He kept the process moving, which can be long when buying a new car. I would recommend Ryan if you are looking for a car. More

If you’re looking to purchase a car this is the place to go. Ryan was an amazing sales rep. Greeted us when we walked in, gave us quick and easy numbers on some cars and let us test drive. No pressure. No push. Everything went at my pace. The purchase time was tedious, but that has been the same for forever. I likes the all digital process with a flash drive to store instead of a mound of paperwork. Overall quite the pleasant experience. More

Ryan was great to work with. 5:5 When I picked up my new from the factory car, it had 125 miles on the odometer. No explanation was given to account for this. Honestly the worst place I had ever dealt with from sales to the service department. Lying is standard practice here and when I left my vehicle for a service, it came back with additional 60 plus mileage aft to the service department. Lying is standard practice here and when I left my vehicle for a service, it came back with additional 60 plus mileage after three weeks of waiting. Additionally, make sure to double-check your sales contract as I had to revise it four times with them after their continuous so-called "mistake" to inflate the price. They are dishonest and unethical people I would never recommend them to anyone. More

This was my best dealership experience to date; Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. The expectations were clear, and even though I had to wait for my vehicle to arrive from the fact friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. The expectations were clear, and even though I had to wait for my vehicle to arrive from the factory, I was quoted a reasonable timeline and the car was delivered before the quoted timeframe. I particularly appreciated Ryan giving me a walkthrough of all of the features of my new car; I've purchased two new vehicles in the past, including another Subaru at a different dealership, and I never felt I got this level of service during the final transition, so I appreciate Ryan taking the time to do it. My only "opportunity for improvement" would be to have proactively let me know the vehicle was in; I had to follow up a few times to schedule time to pick up my car, which was the only minor negative in the whole experience. Great experience, the only issue was needing to give my SSN 3x for the credit app and my deposit was not carried through although I understand you have a new system, and I was one of the first to be entere SSN 3x for the credit app and my deposit was not carried through although I understand you have a new system, and I was one of the first to be entered in the system.
